November is National Blog Posting Month. Otherwise known as NaBloPoMo. The challenge for NaBloPoMo is to post every single day of the month. And guess what! I'm taking up the challenge! There is a website dedicated to this challenge and I've registered on it in order to keep me motivated. I will be entered into a drawing and if my name gets chosen and I've been faithful to post every day, then I win a prize! I love prizes!
The posts aren't "graded" on quality, just quantity. So I apologize in advance if I post something booooring (said in a singsong voice) but I'm going to do all I can do to be qualified just in case my name gets picked. If I know myself though,I probably will struggle with posting something just to say I've posted. I try to remind myself when I'm lacking motivation that the purpose of this blog is to document my life as I know it now. So hopefully none of the posts will be too bad. Enjoy!
And remember I'm always interested in knowing what you want to hear about. I like to hear from my readers (aka my friends and family...I have to specify since that sounds like other people actually read my blog and who am I kidding?) plus I will probably need help with topics during NaBloPoMo.

- I'm 27 years old. My name is Nichole. I'm an accountant by trade. A wife and mother by choice. I've been married for 4.5 years to my athletic trainer husband, DJ. We're high school sweethearts but waited till after college to get married. My husband and I grew up in South Dakota, moved to New Mexico in 2002, relocated to Tennessee in August 2009 and currently find ourselves in Wyoming where we've been since 2010. And, as if moving all over the country isn't enough to keep us busy, we have added children to the mix! Our son, Jayden, was born in September 2010 and our daughter, Ava, will join the family in May 2012. I started blogging when we moved to Tennessee as a way to stay in touch with family and friends. I'm not always good about keeping the blog updated now that we see our immediate family much more often but I still love that it is a way to keep our lives documented and try to do it as often as possible.
